Contest Terms & Conditions

A. Contest Organizer

The joint-stock company with the name "Standard" (hereinafter referred to as "Standard"), based in Thessaloniki, at Schooliou street no. 3, organizes the following promotional action through a competition entitled "Facebook – Standard Giveaway" (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition"), with the following terms of participation (hereinafter the "Terms") which will be posted and constantly updated during the Contest, on Standard's official website www.standard.gr (hereinafter referred to as "Website"), as well as on Standard's official account on the Facebook social network at the following address: "https://www.facebook.com/ standard .gr"

The purpose of these terms and conditions is to define the terms of participation in the Competition, as well as the relevant selection of winners in the context of this Competition

B. Contest Duration

The duration of the competition is set from 13/04/2021 to 20/04/2021.

It is expressly clarified that, after the end of the Competition or the new date, which is set after any transfer or change of the duration of the competition, the entries are no longer possible and the already created ones are automatically considered to be non-existent and have no effect, nor do they bind the Standard. In this case, the participants by participating in the Competition irrevocably accept that they do not acquire any right or claim against Standard, nor are they entitled to request, either the continuation of the expired Competition, or the delivery of the undelivered gifts, or any other further compensation

C. Right and way to participate in the Contest

Those who have reached the age of 18 have the right to participate in the competition. Employees of the Standard company as well as their first and second degree relatives and their spouses are excluded from the draw. For those who have not reached the age of 18, participation is only possible with the presence of the person exercising parental care to provide consent for participation and to receive the gift in case of winning.

It is clarified that Facebook is not associated with, manages, promotes or enhances the Competition in any way.

No product purchase is required to participate. During the validity of the Contest, the user will be able to participate in the following way: On the Standard.gr Facebook account, a "post" will be published in which the user must (a) "follow" the standard account. gr, (b) to "like" the photo of the competition and (c) mention in a comment, by "tagging" a friend in the specific post ("post") related to the Competition.

Each user profile can participate more than once (1) in the competition. A user profile that has followed all the steps to participate in the contest in the Standard Facebook post is considered a valid entry.

D. Contest Gifts

The prize of the competition is one (1) gift voucher worth €50.

The gift is specific, personal and non-exchangeable, nor can it be requested to be replaced with another or redeemed for money or other gifts, at any price. Standard bears no responsibility for anything related to the above gift, apart from delivery to the winner. The gift to be delivered under these terms is provided in the condition in which it is and is, excluding the application of the provisions on the liability of the seller or other provisions establishing liability with regard to actual defects, agreed properties, etc., against the Standard. Also, under no circumstances shall Standard be liable for any direct or indirect damages, costs and expenses that may arise from any interruption, malfunction or delay or any other cause in relation to the competition giveaway. Further, Standard shall have no liability, criminal or civil to any winner or third party, for any accident and/or damage and/or

physical or material damage was caused to them directly or indirectly related to the gift or for any other reason. Standard is released from the obligation to deliver a gift in cases where the conditions of participation in the competition have not been met in any way

E. Notification of Winners - Receipt of Prizes - Registration Details

The winner of the Competition will be (1) and will be announced by lottery by Standard's electronic systems which ensure that there is no human intervention in it.

2. The draw will take place on 20/04/2021 at the Standard offices among valid participants. If for any reason it is impossible to hold the electronic draw on the aforementioned day and time, Standard reserves the right to change that day and time with prior notice

F. Modification of Terms - Gifts
Standard reserves the right to change the terms and the gift at any time

postpone or even cancel the Competition and the draw for reasonable cause, without any prior notice. In this case, Standard will not be liable for any compensation to the lucky winner, who will be selected from the lottery in question

G. Notification of Winners - Receipt of Prizes

The winner will be contacted via Facebook with a comment under his answer and also by posting within 24 hours of the draw

If the winner does not respond within four (4) days of the drawing, Standard will contact the first (1st) runner-up in order of drawing. If the first (1st) runner-up does not respond within four (4) days, Standard will contact the next runner-up. In the event that communication is not possible with any of the runners-up within a period of 20 days, then the Prize will be VOID.

During the electronic communication, the winner will be asked for his full details (name, surname, mobile phone number.) for the possibility of identity verification during the delivery of the Gift.

Winners, at any stage, including delivery and receipt of the prize, may be disqualified for the following reasons: (a) if, for any reason, they do not fully accept these terms and conditions in their entirety, all of which shall be deemed essential. (b) in the event that their participation does not meet any of the conditions herein. (c) in case any of the information they declared is false. (d) in the event that their participation is, in Standard's judgment, itself the product of illegal technical influence on Standard's systems or in general fraud or unfair interference by the participant or a third party. (e) in the event that, for any reason, he does not sign the relevant declaration of receipt and acceptance of a gift.

Upon receipt of the prize, the winner will be required to present a photo ID to verify identity and age. In case the winner has not reached the age of 18, the receipt of the gift is possible only after the presence of the person exercising parental care to provide consent. The winner assumes sole responsibility and timely planning for arranging the above details of claiming their prize.

Standard is released from the obligation to deliver a gift in cases where the conditions of participation in the Competition have not been met in any way.

Standard, in the context of this Competition, reserves the right to announce the names and publish photographs, audio performances and video recordings of the winners on its Websites, in any of its forms, as well as to carry out advertising exploitation of any relevant event, such as the exploitation of Doros, etc.

Each winner, by participating in the Contest, unconditionally consents to the above without the payment of any fee or compensation. Subject to the above

defined, the winner's refusal to participate in a relevant advertising program or other announcement or refusal to include his name in entries, if called for this, entitles Standard to refuse the granting of the relevant Prize, or to revoke it. Participation in the competition implies the participant's express and unconditional consent to the entry of personal data concerning him in a file that will be kept by the Standard company, in accordance with the provisions of Law 4624/2019 for the purpose and in the context of the competition

H. Modification of Terms - Gifts
• Standard reserves the right for reasonable cause to change the terms and conditions at any time

the gift, to postpone or even cancel the Contest and the draw, without any prior warning. In this case, Standard will not be liable for any compensation to the lucky winner, who will be selected from the lottery in question

I. Limitation of Standard's Liability

Standard and any of its affiliated companies, employees and directors shall have no liability whatsoever, to the extent that exclusion of liability is permitted by law, for any direct, indirect, moral, consequential or other damages arising from or is linked to the realization of the specific Competition

Standard is not responsible in any case for any direct or indirect damages, costs and expenses that may arise from any interruption, malfunction or delay, performance and generally with the actual and legal status of the Contest prize

Also, Standard is not liable for any liability, criminal or civil, to any winner or third party, for any accident that may occur and/or damage and/or physical or material damage that may be caused to them, during the use of the prize, or for any other reason

I. End of Competition
After the end of the Competition as well as the end of its distribution process

As a result of the above, any obligation of Standard ceases to exist. THE

Standard will have no other obligation towards the participants.

K. Personal Data

By participating in the Competition, the participant gives Standard his unconditional permission and consent for the use and processing of personal data concerning him to serve the purposes of the Competition

Participation in the Contest implies the participant's explicit and unconditional consent both for the entry of personal data concerning him in a file that will be kept by the Organizing Company and for the processing of such data, in accordance with the provisions of Law 4624/2019 , in the context of carrying out and achieving the purpose of the Competition

Regarding the winner of the Contest and any runners-up, Standard informs that it will process their personal data, which it will collect from them, for the purpose of informing them and publishing the results of the Contest, in accordance with the specific defined in these Terms, as well as the realization of all necessary actions for the delivery of the Gift

After the delivery of the Gift and the end of the Competition, any data, personal or non-personal, of the participants, the winner and any runners-up of the Competition, received in the context of this Competition, will be destroyed

L. Acceptance of Terms – Jurisdiction – Applicable Law
Participation in the Competition implies the unconditional acceptance of all of the

of these terms. The winner, at any stage, can be canceled for the following reasons: a. in the event that, for any reason, the gift is not received/accepted, b.

in the event that, for any reason, you do not fully accept these terms in their entirety, all of which are deemed to be material.

Any dispute that may arise regarding the Contest and the application of these Terms will first be resolved amicably by a committee selected by Standard. Furthermore, for any dispute that cannot be resolved as defined above in relation to the above Competition, the Courts of Athens will be exclusively competent and Greek law will be applicable.
